Deep thoughts and powerful ideas
Jordan Reyne’s “The Loneliness Industry” podcast is a place of deep thoughts and powerful ideas delivered in a close, easy style, that feels like you and Jordan are just having an afternoon beer in a terraza, exchanging philosophy, while the birds chirp away in the trees. But don’t let her casual, light style, fool you. Each episode of “The Loneliness Industry” is a master class on the philosophy and psychology of human interaction.
I feel like I can breathe
Thank you for voicing thoughts that were dismissed most of the few times I was brave enough to share them, and for teaching me new things that help me understand better our society and my place in it. Although I have no one to talk to about this in person, somehow I feel less lonely just by hearing what you have to say and reading the comments from the community you’ve created. You’ve also lifted the shame around being alone given the circumstances.

On being human in inhuman systems - with jokes!
If you’ve ever felt invalidated and squashed by systems which expect you to hide who you really are or act like an emotionless robot - this podcast is for you - fiercely compassionate, intellectually satisfying and funny - validation for humans trying to be human in inhuman systems!
Good summary of our crazy times.
This podcast is great, gives insight after insight on our western dysfunctional society and how modern humans relate and instrumentalise each other.
Blindingly Smart
I found these podcasts through a search for solutions to alleviate loneliness, but these episodes deliver so much more. To learn that my experiences are part of a system of power has shaken - and also settled - something deep within me.
